The tour begins in Tokyo, travels to Mount Fuji and Hakone, takes the Shinkansen from Odawara to Kyoto, visits Nara on the way to Osaka and spends a full day on the coast at Amanohashidate, Ine Bay and Miyama Village.

Flights, arriving and leaving

There are three departures on Monday, 22 March 2027: ex Delhi, ex Mumbai and ex Bangalore. International airfare is included, subject to the selected departure option and supplier confirmation. On Day 1 you are met at Tokyo airport and transferred to the hotel. Day 8 ends with breakfast, check-out and an airport transfer for the onward journey. Flight details are not published yet, so please ask us when you enquire.

Booking and payment

Booking is by enquiry. Our team confirms your seat, the price and the terms in writing, and your place is booked once the team confirms it. The booking advance is ₹1,60,000. The payment and cancellation policies are under Good to know.

  • Advance payment of ₹1,60,000 upon booking confirmation.
  • The next 40% payable at least 70 days before scheduled departure.
  • Remaining balance payable at least 35 days before scheduled departure.

Cancellation policy

  • 20 days or less before departure: completely non-refundable.
  • 21 to 35 days before departure: ₹2,20,000 cancellation fee.
  • 36 to 69 days before departure: ₹1,60,000 cancellation fee.
  • Booking amount, once paid, is non-refundable.

  1. 1.This is a group departure. On arrival, travellers may have to wait at the airport for other members of the group.
  2. 2.Guide services are not included.
  3. 3.The final operational schedule is shared approximately three days before departure.
  4. 4.The programme may change because of weather, operational requirements, regulations, traffic, festivals or other circumstances outside the operator's control.
  5. 5.The Tour Leader may change the order of sightseeing. There is no refund for sightseeing missed because of unforeseen circumstances.
  6. 6.Hotel check-in, check-out, room type and special requests are subject to availability.
  7. 7.Travel insurance is strongly recommended but is not included unless specifically stated.
  8. 8.Additional expenses arising from delays, cancellations, weather, medical emergencies or personal reasons are borne by the traveller.
  9. 9.Narcotics, banned substances and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  10. 10.A traveller may be removed from the tour without refund for serious misconduct or behaviour that affects the group.
  11. 11.These terms are accepted on booking confirmation.

₹2,75,000 per person plus applicable taxes (regular price ₹3,10,000). An infant is ₹60,000, a child without a bed (up to 5 years) ₹1,60,000 and a child with a bed (up to 10 years) ₹2,10,000. The booking advance is ₹1,60,000.

Are flights included?

Yes. International airfare is included, with departure options from Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore, subject to the selected departure option and supplier confirmation.

Will the cherry blossoms be out?

The tour departs on 22 March 2027, in cherry blossom season. Blossom depends on the weather each year, so we cannot promise full bloom on any particular day.
