Host a Trip
You do not need to be a social media influencer to host a trip. We welcome proposals from creators, professionals and subject experts, community organisers and individual travellers who have an idea and people who may want to join.
Tell us about the journey you imagine and the people you would bring. We assess whether it is feasible. Where it is a good fit, we can help with itinerary design, pricing, suppliers, testing demand and running the trip.
We consider each proposal on its merits. A proposal is not a commitment by either side. We cannot promise that every idea will become a trip, that a departure will go ahead or that it will attract a particular number of travellers, and we do not promise host earnings.
FAQ
Each trip will say who it is designed for, including any requirements such as fitness level or travel documents. If you are unsure whether a trip suits you, ask us before you decide.
Many travellers join a group on their own or with a friend. Community trips are built around a shared interest or a host, which gives the group something in common from the start. For each trip we will describe the format so that you can judge whether it is right for you.
Creators, professionals and subject experts, clubs and communities, and individual travellers with an idea and people who may want to join. You do not need to be a social media influencer or have a large following. We look at each proposal individually.
We review the idea, the likely group and whether we can operate the journey well. Some proposals go ahead, some need changes and some do not proceed. Sending a proposal does not guarantee that a trip will run.
Group trips usually need a minimum number of travellers to run. The number depends on the destination and the arrangements, so it is confirmed trip by trip.
Inclusions vary from trip to trip. The details shared for each trip set out what is included and what is not, so please read them before you decide.
Payment terms are shared with the details of each trip. Sending an enquiry or a proposal through this page does not involve any payment and does not confirm a booking.
