Flights, arriving and leaving

International airfare is not included. On Day 1 you are met at Tokyo Airport by the local representative and transferred to your hotel. Day 8 ends with breakfast, check-out and an airport transfer for your onward journey. Our team will help with flights and airport details after you enquire.

Booking and payment

Booking is by enquiry. Choose a departure date, then send us an enquiry. Our team confirms your seat, the price and the terms in writing, and your place is booked once the team confirms it. 40% of the total is due on booking confirmation. The payment and cancellation policies are under Good to know.

Payment policy

  • 40% of the total amount is due on booking confirmation.
  • The next 40% is due at least 35 days before departure.
  • The remaining 20% is due at least 20 days before departure.
  • Missed payment deadline: if a scheduled payment is not received by its due date, the booking will be treated as cancelled and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation policy

  • 6 days or less before departure: 95% cancellation fee.
  • 7 to 15 days before departure: 45% cancellation fee.
  • 16 to 30 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
  • 31 to 45 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee.
  • 46 days or more before departure: ₹7,000 per booking.

  4. 4.The tour leader may change the sightseeing sequence in the group's best interests. No refund is provided for missed sightseeing due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5. 5.Hotel check-in, check-out and special requests are subject to availability and hotel management discretion.
  6. 6.Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless specifically mentioned.
  7. 7.Additional expenses from flight delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, medical emergencies or personal reasons are borne by the traveller.
  8. 8.Consumption or possession of narcotics or banned substances, or involvement in illegal activities during the tour, is strictly prohibited.
  9. 9.Misconduct or behaviour affecting the comfort and safety of fellow travellers may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

How do I book?

Choose a departure date and send us an enquiry. Our team confirms your seat, the price and the payment and cancellation terms in writing. Your place is booked once the team confirms it. An enquiry by itself does not reserve a seat or a price.

Which dates can I choose?

There are four departures: Sunday, 22 November 2026; Friday, 11 December 2026; Thursday, 24 December 2026; and Saturday, 20 February 2027. The tour is 7 nights and 8 days.

How much does it cost?

₹1,72,500 per adult on a double-sharing basis, plus applicable taxes (reference price ₹2,00,000). Infants from 0 to 1.99 years travel free. A child from 2 to 4.99 years is ₹88,550 with no seat and no luggage, or ₹1,36,850 with seat and luggage. A child from 5 to 10.99 years is ₹1,61,575.

Are flights included?

No. International airfare is not included. Our team will help with flights and airport details after you enquire.

Where will we stay?

Three nights in Tokyo and four in Osaka, in centrally located 4-star hotels or similar, on a double-sharing basis with daily breakfast. The hotels named on this page are options, not confirmed bookings.

Can I book a single room?

No. Rooms on this tour are on a double-sharing basis only.

Which meals are included?

Daily breakfast, 5 Indian lunches during sightseeing and 7 Indian dinners. The meals for each day are listed in the itinerary. Meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.

Which entrance tickets are included?

Is the Japan visa included?

No. Japan visa fees are not included, and nor is travel insurance.
