Hip-Hip Holidays
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hip-Hip Holidays website and the travel-planning and booking services provided by Bizhankers.
1. About Hip-Hip Holidays
Hip-Hip Holidays provides holiday planning, travel advisory, itinerary design, booking assistance and related travel services. Depending on the service selected, Bizhankers / Hip-Hip Holidays may act as a planner, facilitator, booking intermediary or travel service provider, and certain services may be delivered by independent third-party suppliers.
2. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities; provide false, misleading or incomplete information; attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems; interfere with website operation; scrape, copy or systematically reproduce website content without permission; introduce malicious code or harmful technology; use automated means to access the website in a way that adversely affects its operation; or infringe the rights of Hip-Hip Holidays or any third party. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
3. Eligibility and Traveller Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting or booking services. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for yourself and any other traveller is accurate. If you are making arrangements for other travellers, you represent that you have the authority to provide their information and make the booking on their behalf.
4. Enquiries and Quotations
An enquiry or quotation request does not create a confirmed booking. Travel quotations may be based on availability, supplier rates, estimated costs, taxes, exchange rates and other information available at the time. Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes binding only when the applicable booking requirements have been completed, payment has been received as required, and Hip-Hip Holidays has issued a booking confirmation or other written confirmation. The lead traveller or person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to accept the applicable booking terms on behalf of all travellers included in the booking.
6. Payments
Payment requirements will be communicated before or at the time of booking. Depending on the travel arrangement, payment may be fully payable at booking, payable in one or more instalments, or subject to specific supplier deadlines. Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation, release or modification of the booking. Any resulting charges imposed by suppliers may be passed on to the customer where applicable.
7. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers must provide accurate payment information and comply with applicable payment-provider requirements. Hip-Hip Holidays is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.
8. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements
Travellers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including where applicable passport, visa, entry permits, transit permits, health documents, insurance documents and other destination-specific requirements. Passport, visa and entry requirements can vary by nationality, destination and travel circumstances. Hip-Hip Holidays may assist customers with information or application coordination but does not control decisions made by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities or governments. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for relevant trips. Insurance should be suitable for the customer’s circumstances and may include cover for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage, delays and other risks. Where insurance is arranged through Hip-Hip Holidays, the insurance policy is provided by the relevant insurer and is subject to that insurer’s terms and conditions.
10. Changes to a Booking
Customers may request changes to their booking, but changes are subject to availability, supplier rules, fare and rate conditions, amendment charges, cancellation charges, price differences and operational restrictions. Some arrangements may not permit changes after confirmation.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Customer cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy together with the specific cancellation conditions applicable to the booking. Where supplier-specific conditions apply, those conditions will be communicated to the customer and may determine the refundable amount.
12. Supplier Terms
Airlines, hotels, activities, transportation companies, insurance providers, visa providers and other suppliers may have their own terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, safety requirements and operating procedures. Customers are responsible for complying with those requirements where applicable.
13. Flights
Flight timings, routes, aircraft, airlines, seat availability, baggage conditions and schedules may change. Airline operational decisions remain under the control of the relevant airline. Customers should review their final flight details and travel documents carefully.
14. Hotels and Accommodation
Hotel descriptions, facilities, room categories, photographs and amenities are based on information available from the property or supplier and may change. Special requests such as adjoining rooms, early check-in, late check-out, specific views or room locations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
15. Activities and Excursions
Activities may be subject to weather, safety conditions, local regulations, age requirements, physical requirements, operational restrictions and supplier policies. Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions and requirements communicated by the activity operator.
16. Special Requests and Accessibility
We encourage customers to inform us of relevant accessibility requirements, medical considerations, dietary requirements or other special requests before booking. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requests to the relevant supplier. A request is not considered guaranteed unless the supplier has expressly confirmed it.
17. Traveller Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws, supplier rules and reasonable instructions. We may take appropriate action, including cancelling or terminating services, where a traveller’s conduct creates a safety risk, causes serious disruption, harasses or threatens staff, suppliers or other travellers, causes damage to property, or involves unlawful conduct. Any additional costs arising from a traveller’s misconduct may be the responsibility of the traveller, subject to applicable law.
18. Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their passports, money, luggage, valuables, electronic devices and other personal belongings. Customers should take reasonable precautions and obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
19. Missed Services
Customers are responsible for arriving at airports, pickup points, hotels, activity locations and other designated locations in sufficient time. Hip-Hip Holidays will not ordinarily be responsible for loss of a travel service caused solely by a customer’s late arrival, failure to follow instructions or failure to use the service. Any refund will be subject to the relevant supplier’s rules.
20. Force Majeure and Unforeseeable Events
Hip-Hip Holidays will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, interruptions or additional costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or labour disruptions, government actions or restrictions, border closures, airport or airline disruptions, road closures, infrastructure failures, significant technical failures, or other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control. Where practical, we will assist customers in understanding available alternatives, rebooking options or supplier refund processes.
21. Third-Party Service Providers
Where a service is provided by an independent third party, that service is subject to the supplier’s own operational standards, policies and responsibilities. Hip-Hip Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where problems arise, but cannot guarantee the acts, omissions, availability, performance or decisions of independent suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Website Content
Website content is provided for general information and planning purposes. Prices, availability, images, descriptions, schedules and other information may change. Please also review our Website Disclaimer.
23. Intellectual Property
The Hip-Hip Holidays name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, documents and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use booking documents and itinerary information provided to you for your personal travel purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our proprietary content without appropriate permission.
24. Customer Reviews, Photographs and Testimonials
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content to Hip-Hip Holidays for publication or marketing purposes, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the content, the content does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights, and the content is genuine and not materially misleading. Where we use customer content for marketing, the applicable permission or consent will be obtained as required.
25. Fraud and Incorrect Information
We reserve the right to review or cancel a booking where we reasonably believe that information supplied is materially false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised, subject to applicable law. Customers may be responsible for losses or costs arising from fraudulent or knowingly incorrect information supplied by them.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hip-Hip Holidays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of our website or services. Where liability arises in connection with a third-party travel service, our liability will be subject to the nature of the service we agreed to provide and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hip-Hip Holidays and its personnel against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities and expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, intentional misuse of our website or services, infringement of third-party rights, or materially false information supplied by you.
28. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your trip, please contact Hip-Hip Holidays as soon as reasonably possible. Where the issue relates to a local supplier, early notification can allow us to coordinate with the supplier while the service is still being delivered. For post-trip complaints, please provide your booking reference and relevant details through our official support channel.
29. Privacy
Personal information provided to Hip-Hip Holidays is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website together with its effective date. For existing bookings, the terms specifically communicated and accepted in relation to the booking will continue to apply where required by law or contract.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
32. No Partnership or Agency
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency relationship between Hip-Hip Holidays and the customer except where expressly agreed or required by law.
33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE], India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
