1. Part 0110 minutes

   Welcome and cultural introduction

   • Meet Ishita and the session
   • An accessible introduction to Kathak and its storytelling traditions
   • First steps with rhythm, movement and expression
   • No prior dance experience needed

2. Part 0220 minutes

   Warm-up and basic techniques

   • Gentle wrist, shoulder, ankle and knee warm-ups
   • Basic footwork
   • Hand gestures, spins and upper-body coordination with footwork

3. Part 0360 minutes

   Learning the choreography

   • A beginner-friendly Semi-Classical piece set to music
   • Footwork, gestures, spins, expressions and transitions
   • Learned step by step, in manageable sections

4. Part 0430 minutes

   Practice and video recording

   • Practise the complete choreography
   • Timing, coordination and confidence
   • Participant videos recorded as a keepsake

Your payment journey

2. 2 Step 2: Seat confirmed in writing ₹4,459 Advance payment
3. 3 Step 3: 10 days before departure Balance ₹5,005.95 double, ₹4,270.95 triple. Due by 9 December 2026.

Payments are non-refundable if you cancel after your seat is blocked. All amounts are per person; your written confirmation states the final figures.

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Booking, Payment & Milestones+

   • A booking is initiated upon payment of the seat-blocking token of ₹2,399, together with the traveller's payment details and preferred room sharing (double or triple).
   • Seats are confirmed only after verification and written confirmation from the Hip-Hip Holidays team.
   • Following confirmation, an advance payment of ₹4,459 must be made.
   • The final balance must be cleared at least 10 days prior to departure. The company reserves the right to release the seat without refund in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
2. 2. Pricing & Room Sharing+

   • Per person: ₹11,299 + 5% GST on double sharing, and ₹10,599 + 5% GST on triple sharing. All prices are subject to 5% GST as applicable.
   • Rooms are allocated as per the sharing preference confirmed in writing. Any change after confirmation is subject to availability and the applicable price difference.
3. 3. Itinerary, Workshop & Sightseeing+

   • The itinerary is fixed and non-negotiable once the trip has commenced. The company reserves the right to modify it due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
   • The workshop is beginner-friendly. Participants should inform the host of any physical limitation before the session and take part at their own pace.
   • Exclusions: Entry tickets, local activity/boating fees (e.g., at Bhulla Tal), and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
4. 4. Accommodation+

   • Accommodation is pre-arranged at AI 360, Lansdowne, or a similar property in case of availability constraints, on a double- or triple-sharing basis as confirmed.
   • Any change requested by the traveller will be at their own cost, and no refund shall be provided for the original allocation.
5. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy+

   • The token of ₹2,399 is refunded in full only if Hip-Hip Holidays is unable to block the seat for any reason. Once the seat is blocked, the token is non-refundable.
   • The advance of ₹4,459 and the final balance are non-refundable if the traveller cancels, does not show up, or does not use any included service.
   • If Hip-Hip Holidays cancels the departure for any reason other than force majeure, the total amount received will be refunded in full.
   • Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
6. 6. Conduct & Discipline+

   • Travellers are expected to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the trip. To preserve the comfort and safety of the group, the company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in case of misconduct, non-cooperation, or disruptive behaviour.
7. 7. Photographs & Videos+

   • Participant videos recorded during the workshop are shared with participants as a keepsake. Hip-Hip Holidays will use identifiable photographs or videos of a participant for promotion only with that participant's consent.
8. 8. Grievances+

   • Any concerns must be reported immediately to the trip coordinator during the trip. The company shall not be obligated to entertain complaints raised after the completion of the trip.
9. 9. Force Majeure+

   • The company shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including weather conditions, natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions. No refunds or compensation shall be applicable in such cases. Hip-Hip Holidays may, at its discretion, offer a credit note towards a future departure.
10. 10. Liability+

    • The company acts as a facilitator and shall not be liable for loss or damage of personal belongings, or acts/omissions of third-party service providers.
11. 11. Acceptance+

    • By paying the seat-blocking token, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full.
